Our leadership team provides strategic direction, ensures transparency and accountability, and works with communities, partners, and stakeholders to achieve sustainable development goals.
Leadership & Management Team
1. Founder & President
Mr. Njonje Russell B is the Founder and President/Human Right Activist of FEPDCA. He provides visionary leadership and strategic guidance to the organization, championing environmental protection, sustainable agriculture, community empowerment, and civic awareness initiatives.
Through his commitment to social development and community service, he continues to promote solutions that improve livelihoods and strengthen communities.
2. Secretary General
Mrs. Diana Grace A serves as the Secretary General of FEPDCA. She is responsible for administrative coordination, documentation, communication, and ensuring effective implementation of organizational activities.
She supports the smooth functioning of the association and promotes accountability in all administrative processes.
3. Technical Adviser
Dr. Albert Nifon provides technical expertise and professional guidance to FEPDCA programs and projects.
His role includes advising on project planning, implementation strategies, research, monitoring, and ensuring that FEPDCA initiatives meet professional and development standards.
4. Financial Officer
Mrs. Sarah Nanyongo B oversees financial management and accountability within FEPDCA.
She ensures proper financial recording, budgeting, reporting, and responsible management of organizational resources in line with transparency principles.
