 My colleagues, we stand on the front lines of health and wellbeing for our people, yet too often, we find ourselves waiting—waiting for grants, waiting for imported protocols, waiting for solutions designed a continent away. Today, we must recognize that this pattern is not merely inefficient; it is a profound misalignment with who we are and what we are capable of.

 We are here not just to manage crises, but to redefine problem-solving itself. True motivation, the kind that lasts and triumphs, isn't found in external praise or temporary urgency; it is rooted in sovereignty of thought. It is the deep, unbreakable belief that no one understands our unique challenges—from the nuances of cultural practice to the realities of our climate—better than we do.
